Sound has been used as a healing tool for thousands of years. It has a way to move us physically and emotionally.
Sound journeys can allow our brain to relax into the alpha and theta brain wave states usually achieved through meditation. This in-turn can relieve stress and anxiety. Our nervous system is balanced out which allows feelings of deep rest and relaxation.
Everything in existence is vibrating, when the frequency of sound moves through our cells we align with it. This can alter our emotional state and help us shift what is stuck.

A sound journey is a deeply rejuvenating submersion in sound. I use gongs, Himalayan bowls and other instruments to weave together a sonic soundscape. Lie down, close your eyes and let this experience be exactly what you need it to be.

You may feel physical sensations in the body, like you are floating. The vibrations may release some emotions. Many people feel sleepy and tired afterward. Some feel like they have had an out of body experience.
