Soulful Sunday yoga Nidra and sound journey
A Sunday evening of deep rest- the session is designed to allow our brains to transition into a deep alpha and theta brain-wave state, which is also referred to as “the dream state”, or REM state.
The session is a gentle balance of breathing, slow movements, a yoga Nidra flowing in to the sound journey. The space will be filled with candles and intuitively selected essential oils to aid us deeper in to relaxation, we always come round with a healthy homemade treat and herbal teas.
Our next session is Sunday 18th may 7-9pm held in Stable Yoga in Kintbury.
Nurturing flow and sound journey at Hot Pod yoga studio Marlborough
Transformational journey with movement & sound in the Hot pod in Marlborough.
We will set our intentions and move through a 30 min nurturing flow with Emma, sound will then surround us as we settle down grounded. we will finish with a warm drink/snack and a chance to share at the end.

A sound journey is a deeply rejuvenating submersion in sound. I use gongs, Himalayan bowls and other instruments to weave together a sonic soundscape. Lie down, close your eyes and let this experience be exactly what you need it to be.

Blanket (maybe 2 in the colder months)

Bring what you feel in necessary to feel fully relaxed.

Come with no expectations, each of you will have a personal experience.
You may feel physical sensations in the body, like you are floating. The vibrations may release some emotions. Many people feel sleepy and tired afterward. Some feel like they have had an out of body experience.
You are your own healer and the experience will be exactly what you need it to be at the time.
